Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately once your order has been placed we are unable to cancel or make any changes. Once you receive your order you are more than welcome to make a return

What happens after I have placed my order?

We will send you a confirmation email with your order details included. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email.

My parcel has arrived damaged, what should I do?

We're really sorry to hear about this. Please email radiancetanuk@gmail.com with your order details and our customer services team will be able to assist you further.

My order hasn't arrived, can you help?

If your order hasn't arrived within the time frame given, please email radiancetanuk@gmail.com along with details of your order and our customer services team will help. Please note that during busy periods, you may experience a delay in receiving your parcel.

What should I do if I have received incorrect products?

Please contact radiancetanuk@gmail.com with details of your original order and what you have received and we will get back to you.

I entered the wrong email address, what should I do?

Don't worry we can sort this! Please email radiancetanuk@gmail.com with your order number, original email address and the updated email address so we can make the necessary changes for you.

What happens if I have entered the wrong shipping address?

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email, please email radiancetanuk@gmail.com with your order number, and the correct address so we can amend this. Unfortunately we are unable to make any changes if you have already received a shipping confirmation and cannot be liable for a replacement or refund.

How do I track my order?

Our standard delivery option are unable to be tracked. If you have chosen our express delivery, please click the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. If for any reason, you are having problems with the link please email radiancetanuk@gmail.com where we can assist you further.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

We don't offer refunds, however we can exchange your product within 14 days as long as it has been unused. Send us an email with your name and order number and we will get back to you with how to exchange your product.
